Hope Pointe is being developed adjacent to the Tidewater Golf Club – one of the premier golf courses in all of the Grand Strand. Nestled between the Intracoastal Waterway and Cherry Grove Inlet, Tidewater Golf Club delivers unmatched natural beauty and a layout that has been ranked among the nation’s top 100 public golf courses. Tidewater Golf Club, which was named the nation’s best new public course by both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine when it opened in 1990, was purchased by an investment group affiliated with KemperSports (a property and experience management company that has over 40 years’ worth of experience), which took over operation of the North Myrtle Beach in August 2023. KemperSports intends to continue operating Tidewater as it is.

In total, Hope Pointe will have 95 single family homes and 146 townhomes.

The initial phase in Hope Pointe is in the central part of the community and is consisting of approximately 58 single family homes. One future single-family home phase will include additional single-family homes closer to the Intracoastal Waterway.

The townhome phase, to include a set of approximately 146 townhomes closer to the Little River Neck Road portion on the community, began in September of 2025.

Hope Pointe features an exceptional waterfront amenity with a community dock and 44 private boat slips. The community dock and walkway are now in place. The private boat slips are now available. Each boat slip will be 12.5 feet wide, will include a 4 foot fixed walk, and a 10,000 lb Tide Tamer Boat Lift. The boat slips are being priced at $70,000 each – with a $10,000 deposit required. Tide Tamer is a leading dock and boat lift manufacturer and a well-established name in the boat lift and waterfront equipment space—especially along the Southeast U.S. coast—and it occupies a solid upper-mid to premium tier position in the industry. Tide Tamer is particularly known for marine-grade aluminum construction and designing lifts that can handle harsh saltwater conditions, which is a big deal in places like the Carolinas.

Boat slips are currently offered for sale to Hope Pointe residents only.

Being located along the Intracoastal Waterway, residents will have direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and nearby inlets.
